So we saw “The Proposition” yesterday. Those who wish to catch it better hurry, it’s still going today at the Lil’ Theater.

It’s like a blood ‘n’ guts sandwich, covered with sweat and grime. A Western in the Australian Outback. Retribution’s a bitch. Even the proper Victorian lady of the town wants to see the boy flogged 100 times, but she just can’t deal with all the resulting screams and blood. It’s like a Western for the Iraq generation. Let’s civilize this place even though we’re committing uncivil acts.
