Description
“We want something authentic, something that goes down your throat and tastes Nicaraguan,” said René Hauser, the owner of a popular French restaurant in Managua and one of the judges in a competition to find an official national cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White rum
- 2 oz Guava juice
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 ds Sugar
Instructions
In a stylish glass, pour one part white rum, one part guava juice, and a half-portion of lemon juice over ice. Toss in a pinch or two of sugar. Stir and enjoy.
