Hey, youse guys in bands: a local Champaign "cool" bar is looking for someone to play either this Saturday or next. Whaddaya say? Huh? Huh? I'll buy the beer.

Menthols, they need to play

Menthols, they need to play out more, probably need more time dough to get it on lock.  I think they're touring in like 3 weeks or 4?  I'll axe Millah.

Send them here when they want to tour. I'll start sniffing out places for them to play. I'm already on M.O.T.O's jock to get down here. Rock and Roll show promoting for my own entertainment…

Open dates....

A cool club called Mike n' Molly's has openings on Nov. 4 and 11. Get on Miller's jock and tell them to bring thier mentholated-asses down here. And bring the River City Tan Lines, M.O.T.O and X-Offender, too. Or New Real People? I'm looking at you….

Nov. 17 & 18th they got

Nov. 17 & 18th they got shows, Friday & Saturday, Chicago and Milwaukee. I told Millah about the connection, he was pleased.  Now, we hook it up.

Tell DroBinz to pass the info onto any bands that he has contact with who might be cruising through our area. They can get in touch w\me via email and I'll see where I can point them. Mike n' Mollys dude said he wants some Michigan bands up in there. They have loads of good beer. Tell Miller they have Compari.

Hammer Time

I was just talking to Marlene (guitar) at the Vletman/Styxx wedding, and she said they would be coming thorugh soon and they were talking aobut doing a show in Kzoo, which she expressed personal enthusism for, as did I, in the form of something like, "Oh fuck yeah! Do it! You can stay at our house!"

I say get thee to their MySpace page and bombard them with demands/pleas that they play here in Novemmber … and in Champain.

They could play K'zoo and Champaign and bring those new real guys with 'em. Or that Fortune and Maltese. Or the Menthols. Or…ad nauseum. Can I drop your name, Angie?
