Where IS the party? We’ve got out-of-towners to entertain, so before I even know what’s going on, I’m going to make reservations for 4.

The out of towners  (Dr. Xeron and his lovely lady friend Sally Ann) won’t be coming until around 9:00 so our dinner plans are unencumbered.  I would be willing to host the post-dinner festivities including a fire because I need to burn some stuff to make room for the wood from the tree that is going to be taken down in my back yard. 

It’s always easy to get a big table at La Pinata, if anybody wants enormous cheap drinks and gringo-fied but pretty tasty Messican.  Just a thought in the cheese-cravin’ a.m. 

I’m down for whatever, though. Knowhumsayin’?

I think me and the Mr. will actually be able to make this evening as well, so put us down for 2 please and thank you.

We will be out and about doing things. But we would like to join in the fun. But we might get hijacked by situations.

I just saw a sign in a front yard in Breedsville that said ‘TREE’S FOR SALE’ and a phone number.  Tree, how much do you cost?

crappor said that she wanted to dine this evening when she gets B.I.T.(back in town) but no cheese!  If no delays, she should be in town around 5:30ish.

La pinata is the 3rd best Mexican joint in a strip mall in the greater Kalamazoo area.  Mi Pueblo and a flask! Now I’m maybe changing my mind and not walking to La Mexicana for hot brunch.  The cheese covered burrito there with green sauce all over it is a baby pincher. 

Vixen has boots, to boot. Are you implying we should point towards something less cheesey than La Pinata? What do you have in mind? Or are we doing that? I’m taking the cell phoney responsibility of notifying the significant other of Criswell, so I feel responsibility.

La Pinata it is. This is not a call-ahead place, as I recall, but it still might be nice for the first to arrive to know how big of a table to ask for. How many is that? I count 13 so far.

I think I’ll be there tonight, maybe just for dinner.

That is a pretty big group, I think we may be out for tonight - sadly.  Anna is home and is in depsperate need of a bath, she’s stinky! 

Yes.  It’s strangely situated on the strip mall, too.  The main La Pinata door FACES the Harding’s that’s way across the parking lot.  The door does not face Drake Road.  Unless you want to walk through the kitchen.  Even the main door is not very clearly marked (look for international calling card stickers), but once you get in there, it’s all good!
