My cousin is graduating from high school is having a party at her house over by Austin Lake at the end of May. May 31, to be precise. She would love to have a band. Live. Playing music. Eating food. Getting paid!
Yes, it's a paid gig--but probably not a lot. I'll have more details for anyone who asks. I'm hoping one of you is someone or knows someone who wants to play for a bunch of high school grads...and their parents.
She's into all sorts of music (I'm told), so anything live, loud and leap-inducing would be great. The band would be asked to play for about an hour, but if they wanted to rock longer, I'm sure they'd love it.
So, if you can think of any outfits that want a chance to play a really relaxed show to a really appreciative crowd, please contact me. You know how.
