Poop on a stick. As fickle fate would have it, I will be staying down here this weekend and missing the wedding nuptials of Tree-ette Jr. I have to start work orientation Thursday, and I continue orientation AND start working next week. I send my warmest regards to the betrothed and their fambilys, and express my woe at missing what will surely be a good time. Oh, llittle Treela Jr! When I first met her, she was about two or three years old and she informed me that, actually, Dusty was HER boyfriend!
Dusty, it should be noted, WILL be trekking north to yankee-land to make the scene. He will be arriving sometime late Thursday night and will be decamped at his mom’s house, coming over to k-zoo to work on sorting through the remaining belongings in our garage. He’ll be around till sometime early-ish next week. I’m not sure if his magic phone will have internet access or not, but if anyone wants to contact eiher of us via emails, we can provide his celly number so that he can hopefully join in the Friday night fun-fest as well…..also, he will be able to access a dial-up at the Casa De Sexton Sr.
Even though I was previously grumping about having to make a quick turnaround trip because I’m such a whiny traveller, now, of course, I’m kinda bummed that I can’t be part of the quick turnaround trip. It sure would be nice to see all youse guys, and awwwwww…..wedding!

I am crushed that you will not be accompanying your fine sir. Sure, we get the Dusty for a few days. But what about Dingey? I consider this one more strike against the state of North Carolina. First, you lure away our pals. THEN, you finally give Dingey a job, just when she’s got a chance to come back and make us laugh and cry some more. North Carolina, I’m warning you. I do not like your games.
