45 rings in my stump.

Started thinking about the Kap’n, who’s been 45 for a while, and likes to point out that

“Same age as a record” thing. Then I thought, “33 more years and i’ll be a 78.”

Then I made the connection: 33 + 45 = 78. 

(give or take approximately pi, when waxing platterly)

Is there a reason for that?

How fast does a CD spin? Is there a reason for that?

And does “approximately pi” ever start repeating itself?

What’s grandpa talking about?
