I been thinking, with Facedboke showing its lack of regard for privacy, maybe this site could make a super secret MEMBERS ONLY section. The http://www.ufodictator.com has one. Only those in the inner circle could rant and rave and name names without worry about outsiders.

I’m cleaning up some user profile stuff now. I have had to shut off registration of new accounts for the moment, too (I’m guessing that the hundreds of new accounts with names like “GayLiveSexChatCamera” are spam-robots of some sort).
I’ll keep everyone posted on changes as they are made.
Are you suggesting that an area of the site be hidden or that users should be able to control the visibility of what they write? I kind of like the idea of being able to choose an audience for what you post.
Also, re: avatars.
The site is now dynamically resizing your avatars, depending on whether you are the author of a post or the comment-maker on a post. Also, your profile page will feature an even larger version.
I know how much you all don’t like changing avatars, but you all should get one that is square and at least 200x200 pixels. The site will scale down and crop for you with sometimes exciting and unpredictable results.

Maybe because I’m too busy eating Ritz crackers in my shorts. Or stuffing Ritz crackers in my shorts. I like the new design, and I, too, vote for a private, screened members area. That would rock. Unless I’m not in the club either, in which case I’m joining forces with that horrid Funyuns character and starting my OWN gat=-damned website, consarnit!
