Both restaurants have less than optimal pre-5k foods, but that’s okay, Harvey’s might be slightly better, actually, from that perspective. I can adapt. Just remind me how much it sucks running with a hangover.

Besides, that’s pretty much the definition of my usual nutrition plan. It is BEAUTIFUL right now. I just did a short run through a shower of pink petals. But, the weather web site claims it will be cloudy and rain starts at 5 p.m. So, gather ye rosebuds while ye may or whatevs. I’m taking a shower and going to the nursery.
