I liked it, Tree. Is this place officially dead except Fridays now? Because that kind of bums me out. Not that I have anything particularly enlightening or funny to say....but I always counted on bouncing off of whoever DID have something enlighteniing and funny to say.

as someone who had to read "goodnight moon" every night for over a year - I enjoyed this take on it.
And Dingey - I am bummed that there is nothing going on here as well. Though I am not particularly witty either, I think we need some sort of revitalization for this place. Take it over like some inner city park; now that the bums have moved out, we could clean it up, plant some flowers, hang up a tire swing, etc...
And the analogy cracks me up. Should we assign ourselves at least one posting (either a new topic or extensive contribution to an existing thread) here a week to get our shits back together?

Do you want to see my incredibly literal spring photography project? As soon as I get this 12 lb cat off my shoulder and put on a bra, I'm going to photograph the tree in front of my house every day until it flowers. Taaa daaaa! Spring sprang sprung.
Documentary filmmakers Nick Doob, Chris Hegedus (STARTUP.COM), D. A. Pennebaker (DON'T LOOK BACK) and Parris Patton serve up a collection of six short films about The Who and their world. The unique musical contributions of band members Pete Townshend, Roger Daltrey, Keith Moon and John Entwistle come into focus in four individual compact biographies, Who Art You explores the influence of the Mods and the British art scene of the '60s, while Who's Back captures the band's 2003 return to the studio to record "Real Good Looking Boy."
Leppotone has been spiking the punch and punching the clock for over ten years. We release recordings and host parties. This is our empire. You might as well look around and join the fray. You'll be dead soon enough.
well....
