Let’s do it! Let’s go out to dinner and chat about the events of our times!

On a related subject, did you know they tore down the old Roadhouse because they built a new one right next to it? I’m not sure they’re open yet. I just thought it was interesting.

I just returned from a day-long adventure in health care testing with my dad. I’m still reeling from the surgeon noting that he removed a polyp “no bigger than that”, and pointing at the mole between my eyes. Um, I can only confidently operate in this world when I believe that mole is invisible. Also, all of their magazines were boring.

i don’t know if I actually have the stomach for any beers after last night’s incredible excesses, but I like dinner.  We can go to OP.  I can laugh at the suckahs who still work where I used to, as they mope out with sad faces.  I’ll wave and tell them that I spent the day catching up on “The Wire” on demand.

I wanted to officially say I’m sorry about the job - although it’s probably just a relief to have it over. 
I would LOVE for us three to join for dinner, but just never know about the five year old antics in such close quarters - so, I THINK karl is making spaghetti for dinner, though I haven’t seen he and Anna since they went to the library about  two and a half hours ago.
