Will you really smoke
Will you really smoke ciarettes through it? Does it need to be authentic? If you’re only using it as a prop you could make one by rolling up some black construction paper around a cigarette sized pencil. I’ve never done this but I bet you could try putting a bit of elmers glue on the paper and smearing it into a thin layer, then when you roll it up you could hold it together with rubberbands to keep it while it drys.
