Request for Proposal: Pizza Circles for Leppotone

Due to a shipping error, I have 200 pizza circles in boxes on my front porch right now. They were supposed to be here before New Year's, but since they weren't, I think we should do something else with them. Please post your proposal below.

The materials are 200 white corrugated cardboard pizza circles (like the kind on which a take-out pizza might be delivered ). There are one hundred 10 in. and one hundred 12 in. diameter circles, for a total of 200.

My idea: create fake cardboard Leppotone "records", and "release" them. Collectible.

I was going to suggest we all have a pizza party and chow down with homemade pizzas. Dole out several of those things to everybody and then we all bring our homemade pizzas to share. Hell, then we could paint the rest of ‘em funky colors and play disc tag with ‘em and pretend we’re in the movie TRON or something? But then all of my ideas were sullied by Ulysses’ fecal predilection. Philistine!

Reverse Sea of Holes

Find a large blacktop space (parking lot?) and arrange them in rows (20 X 20) creating a negative or reverse Sea of Holes

I shared some with OFMG last night. Awaiting results.

Once I opened the box, I can totally see why they won't take them as a return. People, pizza circles are just out there in the world. They are not hermetically sealed or anything. These aren't even shrink-wrapped. Eww.

But rest assured, I did NOT pay for the shipping.

So far, I like the Reverse Sea of Holes. Pooping, not so much. I might have to wait until spring to try the negative holes idea, since the snow could cause visual confusion.

but, wouldn't it really be positive circles and negative diamonds?I could have my sculpture students do some sort of Christo thing with them.

But that's not so much fun for you/us.

You could always save them for less-complicated decorations for some other festivities (i.e., ones where fishing line is VERBOTEN!).

Decorate your wall, ceiling, basement, basement ceiling, for good. Paint, contack paper, fabric, ctuffing …

Replace all of Senor's records with pizza circles nextr time he's away, pretend you know nutting.

Make hats.

Disposable toilet seats.

Hang them from trees. Just 'cause.

I dig the idea of using them for a pattern; my basement floor has some pretty cool spray-paint design on it because of NYE circular decor …

Make a chair.

Dang, I really like the fake record idea. I missed my weekend of opportunity, though.

However, I also like the idea of a polka-dot garage. Take that, historic home guidelines. I also like the chairs…
